ORDERING YOUR CUSTOM PLEDGER GUITAR

If you're looking for a new guitar, please take a look at my Available Guitars Page. There you will find guitars that are available today, and are usually marked down a bit from my custom-built guitar prices. If you don't see what you're looking for there, you can design what you want off of this page. My current base price is below, along with a list of woods, materials, and details included/available in a base model. Additional details, materials, and woods are available and listed under Custom Guitar Extras. Once you have an idea of what you need, please email me through my Contact Page for a quote and to begin the design process.

SHIPPING HANDLING AND INSURANCE
United States: $100
International: Price based on location

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
To order an instrument, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place in line and lock in current pricing. When I’m ready to start building, I require 1/2 of the remaining balance. Final payment is due when instrument is complete. Typically, there is a 6 month waiting period for your instrument once the building begins.

TRIAL PERIOD
You will have a one week trial period once you have received the guitar. If you are unsatisfied, then you may return for a full refund, minus the deposit, or I can build you another guitar that is closer to what you might need. This option might adjust the original price up or down. All shipping would be your responsibility. Guitar must be returned in the condition it was received. Any repairs needing to be made would be taken out of the refund.

WARRANTY
My guitars have a limited lifetime warranty that extends through my life as an active luthier. It covers repairs of damage due to defective craftsmanship on my part, and/or materials. Damage from neglect, moisture, lack of moisture, heat, abuse, and “wear & tear” can be repaired at an hourly shop rate. Having repair work done by someone other than myself runs the risk of warranty cancellation. Cost of all shipping is owner’s responsibility
